By using curvioo.com ("the Service") you agree to the following terms.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, including impersonation, fraud, or forging legal signatures.

Billing and refunds

The core generator and its generated text, images, and worksheets are provided free of charge. We do not charge a subscription or usage fee for that free service, so a refund is not applicable: there is no fee to return. Optional paid printables are separate, one-time purchases. Any refund terms for a paid printable are shown on its product page and at checkout and apply only to that purchase.

User responsibilities and violations

You are responsible for using the Service lawfully and for the content you submit. If you violate these terms, misuse the Service, infringe another person's rights, or create a security or operational risk, we may warn you, limit or suspend access, remove related content, or terminate your access without notice where reasonably necessary. We may also take other action allowed by law. You remain responsible for losses or claims caused by your violation.

Generated content

You retain full ownership of the text you type and the images you download. The cursive renderings use open-source fonts available under their respective licenses (most are SIL Open Font License). Always verify the specific font license if you plan to redistribute the font file itself.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curvioo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
